Fall Parent Meeting: Sept 2, 5:45pm at the bleachers - Braden Aboud Park

Practice Location: Braden Aboud Park and Don Haskins Rec Center, D-Bat

Monthly Fees: Due 1st of the Month; see Team Rosters for updated fees

Payment Methods

RSVP: On MOJO to all games by WED prior to game day!!

• Players that do not RSVP in a timely manner will be placed on the line up as a substitue player

Fall 2026:

• Register your player and submit payment

  • 5U T-Ball and 7U Hybrid T-Ball

    • $50 per player - league fee

  • 9U & 12U Kid Pitch

    • $85 registration fee

  • Sept 12- Nov 14

    • 10 games + play offs

    • Play off week - Nov 16

• Fall monthly fees:

  • ***Summer players begin fees in Sept***

  • Aug,Sept,Oct, Nov- 

    • $25 per player per month [1st sibling]

    • $20 per player per month [2nd sibling]

    • $15 per player per month [3rd or more siblings] 

    • Dec $15 [ALL PLAYERS-->if playoffs are delayed into Dec]

Parent Meeting/highlights

• Spring Season starts Sept 12 with play off week Nov 16

  • Games played Fri and Sat

  • Make up games during the week

  • Game schedule to be released by middle of week next week

  • Verify schedules on Quickscores link

• RSVP on MOJO for game attendance

  • League is charging for forfeits without ADVANCE notice

• Coaches and players need City ID

  • Keep them with you, along with a digital copy of their birth certificate

• Players needed!!!

  • 5U need 2-4 players

  • Can't turn 6 before May 1, 2026

  • No younger than 4 y.o.

• REMINDER!!!

  • Practice attendance is critical for

    • Player development

    • Play time

  • Parents may NOT ask for a position (on field or line up) for their child

  • Positions are NOT permanent and are determined by COACHES

• Uniforms

  • Have been arrived.

  • Delivery on WED 9/16 at practice!!

  • NO uniforms will be delivered on GAME DAY - make arrangments with Diana to pick yours up if you won't be at practice.

• Walk up songs

  • Submit CLEAN and APPROPRIATE songs to team DJs

    • 5U and 12U - Alexis

    • 7U - Stephanie

    • 9U - Cristy

• Need volunteers for the following:

  • 5U - Dug out and score keeper

  • 7U - Dug out

• Tournaments

  • Teams eligible: 7U, 9U, 13U

  • Dates in MOJO - RSVP if you can participate

  • If we have enough, Diana will start registering teams

• The Dashnaw Family is moving!

  • Fall 2026 is likely their last season

  • EP Reapers organization will continue
